Please note that an Extraordinary General Meeting has been duly called for Wednesday 31 March 2010 commencing at 7:00 pm at Club Hurstville Sports. 

The business of the meeting is to deliberate on revisions and amendments to the Constitution and By Laws.

Details of the proposals may be found at Documents (Policies and Guidelines) on the website. There are five separate documents. This is restricted to members who have registered for access to all areas of the site.

At the conclusion of the EGM the March General Meeting will take place.

Please note that the compulsory 2010 Seminar will be held at Club Hustville Sports, Greenacre Rd South Hurstville on Sunday 7 March.

Members under the age of 18, accompanied by a parent or guardian, will register between 0915 and 1030.

Other members may sign in from 1000 for a 1030 start.

Registration will take place throughout the day.

Lunch will be supplied and the seminar will conclude by 1630.

Membership fees for the 2010 season are: seniors $160; juniors $110; cadets $60; non active $60. Payment is by cash or cheque only.

Uniforms and equipment will be available for purchase or order and again payment is by cash or cheque only. 

Attendance is required for the full day.
