Some people are having a few problems trying to log in as well as asking if they can have their username changed.  I'll keep this article updated with all your frequently asked questions.

Q. I have not received any information about my registration details.  Why is this?

A. Only members who have given the division their email address have been registered.  If you believe there has been a mistake, please contact the Registrar and ask them to correct/confirm your details.  In particular, please make sure that the registrar has the correct email address for you on record, as there can often be a typo when an email is read from your registration form and transferred to an electronic format.

Please also check that the registration email is not in your junk email filter.

Q. I cannot log in with my username and password. Why is this so?

A. If you are trying to log in for the very first time and are using your username/password details from your registration email, try to copy and paste the username and password.  This avoids any typing errors that might be made.

If this does not work, please contact site admin via here: http://joomla.saintsref.org.au/index.php?option=com_contact&task=view&contact_id=6&Itemid=3 and we will try and help you out.

Q. I want to change my username but I don't know how.

A. To change your username or email address, please click on the "Your Details" link in the "User Menu" nav in the left hand column.

Q. Someone in my family received a registration email but I didn't.  How come?

A. Every member that is registered for the website must have a unique email address.  If you have supplied the same email address for multiple members, only one member will be registered.  This occours when multiple people from the same family want to use a common family email address.  Unfortunately, each member needs to be uniquely identified and we therefore need a unique email address for each person.

Q. I used to be able to log in but I cannot anymore.

A. Every year, the member database is updated.  If you are no longer a member of SGFRA, you will be removed from the membership list.  If you believe this is wrong, please contact the Registrar.
